1. What exactly is PH balance...i know what ph balance is per se, but do you want to have a non acidic or non basic composition to absorb nutrients better??? like is this why your supposed to use distilled water???
2. Kinda carried on from 1... why do they put sodium and pottassium in foods/supplements... is it to neutralize the ph balance???
3. I know combining certain carbs with protein or what have you changes the total GI index of hte meal you just consumed.. Like maltodextrin is a very high gi carb but when placed with protein they consider it complex... would sugar be even more complex then with protein??? this one really baffles me...
any help would be GREATLY appreciated..
