What do you recommend as a first cycle for someone who has never taken an AS before. How long should I stay off a cycle once I have finished? I'd like to have a cycle contain some EQ, test enanth, dbol, or just whatever you recommend. I'd like for my cycle to at least 2 of those 4. Thanks in advance.

Time on = Time off

8 weeks any kind of test (cyp, enth, combo) 500mg a week
that's all you need along with a good diet.

If you must add something I'd go with EQ at about the same dosage. Clomid at the end.

Check out your prior post about this from a few weeks back. I re: on Tues to you.

Solid advice..if you're first starting don't mix so many AAS together ,that way you can see how you react to them.
