1.25cc(125mg) of test prop EOD
weeks 1-10
.5cc(125mg) of EQ EOD
heres my questions.....i'm getting a bottle of B12 to do with the winny incase of soreness. whats a good dose to do of b12. also i'm working on getting one more bottle of test prop so i can run it for a total of 12 weeks...would that be worth it or no. also here is what i have for PCT....i'm not sure the best way to run this...any suggestions would be great..
Clomid/Tamox combo and liquidex....
basic training schedule will be something like this
-AM 45-60mins of cardio mostly likley running/heavy bag work/jump roping
-lunch time will be my lifting roughly 90mins...i'm going to use Radars program...that was posted not to long back..
-pm will be cycling/swimming...as you can see i will be hitting the endurance training alot...but i will be hitting the weights just as hard. only thing now i'm working on is coming up with a solid, clean diet for this style of training...any suggestions with that would be cool as well. i'm going to have to keep the carbs somewhat on the high end as well i'm thinking cause of all running/biking/swimming i will be doing with the lifting..thanks bro's. i dont think i left anything out. let me know what you all think
