a few last minute ?'s for cycle....

whats up bro's, heres what i'll be running...any last minute suggestions....
age-23
162lbs
>12%bf
5'6"

weeks 1-4
2cc (100mgs)of winny EOD
weeks 1-10
1.25cc(125mg) of test prop EOD
weeks 1-10
.5cc(125mg) of EQ EOD

heres my questions.....i'm getting a bottle of B12 to do with the winny incase of soreness. whats a good dose to do of b12. also i'm working on getting one more bottle of test prop so i can run it for a total of 12 weeks...would that be worth it or no. also here is what i have for PCT....i'm not sure the best way to run this...any suggestions would be great..
Clomid/Tamox combo and liquidex....

basic training schedule will be something like this
-AM 45-60mins of cardio mostly likley running/heavy bag work/jump roping
-lunch time will be my lifting roughly 90mins...i'm going to use Radars program...that was posted not to long back..
-pm will be cycling/swimming...as you can see i will be hitting the endurance training alot...but i will be hitting the weights just as hard. only thing now i'm working on is coming up with a solid, clean diet for this style of training...any suggestions with that would be cool as well. i'm going to have to keep the carbs somewhat on the high end as well i'm thinking cause of all running/biking/swimming i will be doing with the lifting..thanks bro's. i dont think i left anything out. let me know what you all think

Hey BRO for starters there are so many different doses mg-ml out there that without giveing us your mgs per ml,we have no clue what doses your taking.Also go to the PCT forum you'll find a wealth of information there.

hey come on mr. x were not all a freakish 300lbs. like you...lol :evil: . what i'm looking for is since i'm going to be training with such high intensity and enurance i want to be able to keep pushing it and lean out and gain lbm while becoming much more vascular. and i feel that this cycle will help me acheive that along with a solid clean diet and rest....

You're 160lbs., you can keep pushing it naturally until you at least hit 180-200lbs. I'm sure you wont take my advice, so I'm not even going to bother here. A lot of people lately seem to have no idea what AS is used for, it's not a product you use when you feel like you need help with your training. It's a product used when genetic limits are reached naturally, which, in your case, I don't think you reached at 160lbs.

I bet if I put you on a proper diet and training regiment, I could have you gaining at least 1lbs. per 7-10 days.

i totatly respect your advice mr. x. but i'm not trying to put on that much weight. i want to stay leaned out. for running/biking/swimming. i dont want to bulk up that much...if that makes sense to you. i have heard both about this cycle...some ahve told me it looks great and will be a good one for me others say like you have spoke. i respect both sides....
