A few diet questions..

I was wodering a few things. After my lifting workouts I have 50g protien w/1 banana and 2T sugar and 4T NPB. 1 hour after that I go into my regular eating. But, on my cardio only days what should i have post workout? Thats only 2 days a week but I just stand in the kitchen with my protien jug in my hands confused. Also, I cant stand cottage cheese so what is my ideal night time meal?

Anything that takes a long time to digest... if you're looking for a dairy but hate cottage cheese then go with milk, or some casein protein or protein blend, or peanut butter, or a shake involving all three.
