Now you wanna keep your carbs to 30 each meal or thru the whole day?
What about the 100 g post workout?
i know you should take 1 r-ala per 30 grams now whats a good maximum dosage throughout the day? i think im getting about 1000mg is that enough?
My carbs are about 200 g per day?

1 r-ala, what dose? really you have to be more specific...1000mg ED is enough, or more then enough in some \cases

For a fat loss/cutting diet I think it was crums diet or something where you had carbs low to 30gs per day or per meal?
And on a low carb diet is it ok to take 100 g carbs post workout?
For cutting, whats a good range to keep your carbs at at 6'2 235
 
As far as post workout goes, John Berardi , the guy who developed BIOTEST SURGE recommends "0.8g of carbohydrate per 1 kilogram bodyweight" high gi carbs... I am not sure about the ALA dosage with this but you can look that up on this board...

You might need more carbs in your other meals, you might need less. look for diet ratios on the board and adjust your diet accordingly. There are many experts on here who will give you advice... I have been doing really well with a 60-20-20, p-c-f split...

dont mix high fat with high carb ever...
