I weigh 11 stones, and bodyfat 16%, and want to shed a stone!!
Im 5 ft 8inches
I am planning on doing weight training 3 times a week and cardio 3 times as well!!
SO, how many cals should I be consuming daily?
Do you think it would be a good idea if i go on a high protein/fat and low carb diet?
If so what should be my daily intake of carb in g?
