A damn good dinner recipe!!

Hey...this is one cool forum! Since everyone else is trading recipes i'll tell you guys what I do...eating healthy can actually taste damn good with the right spices. For dinner I alwasy eat a baked potatoe, some forzen veggies like..whatever you like.....and a chicken breast....the type that come frozen.

If you know how to boil water you know how to prepare some frozen veggies.
For the baked potatoe: I rinse it off and wrap it up a few times in plastic wrap. I get a sharp knife and stab about 6 holes through the potatoe and stick it in the microwave for about 3 minutes.....normally its soft all the way through as if you had actually baked it. If not...put it back in for another 30 secs.

Chicken breast...my favorite part.....I get about half an onion....chop it up to peices as small or large as you would like...you can even chop up your chicken into small bite size peices or leave it whole...put about a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan or Wok (you can even put water for you real health freaks)...put the heat on med-high....throw the chopped onion in first....cook for about a minute....and then throw the chicken in....add a few dashes of pepper....onion powder if you really like onions....but garlic powder is a must! I use garlic powder on everything...I may go a little overboard with the garlic...but use it generously....I don't think you can ever use to much garlic powder....and stir until its all cooked! Cut up your baked potatoe....pour the chicken and onions on your plate...and pour your left over juice (the juice from the chicken) on your potatoe...throw them veggies on the plate and you have a dinner fit for a king! (cook the chicken and onions with a little bit of lemon juice to change the whole flavor!)

Let me know if you like it!

I forgot to tell ya....add a little salt to your taste!
