A cycle for mma athlete new to weights and supplements

Hey guys, need your help to get muscled up to help me wrestle, kick and punch harder and faster and be harder to take down, and takedown better myself. My stats:

1 - Age * 19
2 - Lifting History * none
3 - Height * 5-11
4 - Weight * 170
5 - Estimated BF% * 10%
6 - Diet * pretty good and healthy
7 - Goals * become better stronger grappler/striker muscle mass
8 - Proposed cycle * 400 mgs/week deca + 25mgs/day either anavar, d-ball or winstrol (pills)
 
At 19 years old, I propose this cycle for you:

Proposed cycle * 400 mgs of Diet and 500mgs of Training

At your age you don't need steroids, you need a good diet and training regiment. You have high testosterone and GH levels right now, utilize them.

Only problem is, I got fights I want to do in '07, so Im lookin to get on the gas now.

you can easily get stronger and faster naturally in 1 year. :coffee:

I need to lose 5-10 lbs of fat, and gain 25 lbs of muscle, and have time to train and get in shape at that weight. That gives me not a lot of time.

I appreciate the advice, but trust me, this has been thought through. I need to gain the strength or I will get my face caved in at 185 next year, lol.
 
You have never worked out, so learn how to workout without juice. Not only will you keep minimal gains, not knowing how to workout but you will be dependant on them not knowing how to workout without them. Bro, train naturally for ATLEAST 1 YEAR - god i can't believe im saying that but I feel like you are going to get on soon anyways, so go learn how to workout and stop thinking about AS.
 
Ever since that damn MTV truth life - Im a cage fighter.. and that idiot in it who did winny...everyone else in this sport thinks they HAVE to get on aas !!!! Damn you MTV !!!

Bro, youve never lifted a single weight.. why aas? Course I prolly know why and thats stated above^^^
