The product described looks like it's actually available in online pharmacies. I might order some up and see if it does anything. I does say in the warning label that it causes eyelash and eyebrow hair to grow, which sounds promising. What the hell, what's the worst that can happen- I grow a rhino horn out of my forehead? I don't think they will ever cure baldness...but the transplant surgery does work well for most men.

FDA tests last years or decades.

A sustance may be effective but if isnt VERY safe it aint gonna be approved. Just look at steroids, ephedrine, etc; banned even tough they are relatively safe, when used properly.

I dont know if is that your question? but you can take some finasteride, its pretty cheap..
