Hi, I just had a few questions I has wondering if anyone could help me with....

1. Is it possible to eat too many almonds?? I am asking becasue I eat them at work to kill the hunger....in total about 2.5 hand fulls in a day. Is that too many. What should you eat at work when you get really hungry???

2. I usually do between 40 - 50 min. of cardio 3 - 4 times per week first thing on an empty stomach. My problem is that I leave for work after, and don't want to drive while feeling drained so I eat a small bowl of special K ceral with a bit of low fat milk - is this counter productive???

Thanks for the help....

I like almods too

Because they are high in fat, I try to make sure I eat only the amount that will fit in my fat allowance for the day

I thought Almonds had good fat.....I know you can't OD on them but is 2.5 to 3 handfulls in 8 hours too much???

What should I try??

Why so much ?

I am only talking about eating almonds though out the day at work...

What do people bring with them to work to eat???? Just need some new ideas.....

When trying to loose fat!

Thanks,

If you really want to cut, don't eat huge amounts of almonds

They may be rich in good fats, they're still pretty high in calories

I eat 3-4 handfulls of peanuts every night...toss a few in my shake, etc...........are getting chunky? No? Than don't sweat it............

No, but I am not sure if this is hurting my ability to burn fat...or lessen it....

what are some examples that people bring everyday for lunch???

Just looking for some ideas...

What I bring now is....1 whole wheat sandwich (2 slices of bread) with 1 slice of fat free turkey. 1 apple, 1 nutrigrain bar and 1 trail mix bar.
I am 6'00 245lbs ex-football player - when I leave work after 8.5 hours I am very dizzy - I know I am not eating enough, but not sure what to add. I also eat a protien low carb bar around 4:00pm. I have cut out sugar - I think that is what is giving me the light headed feeling.....any way to stop that from happening??????

5-HTP will definitely help you

Almonds are definitely good for you. Mine have 16g of fat per serving, and only 1 g of that is saturated. I would'nt worry about calories as long as you get the good fats.

What do you take to get rid of the headaches and light headed feeling???
I am drinking approx. 1.5 gallons of water every day - eating through out the day as well......
I find late at night is very bad as weel - I have started to eat a small bowl of fatfree, low sugar icecream about 2.5 hours before bed.
any suggestions??????

What are some good guilt free snacks?????

The guy says he wants to burn fat, thus he's cutting. Telling someone to not worry about calories when cutting is like telling someone that lifting weights isn't important when trying to get jacked.
