A Chest Lipo Quesiton

Did a search on gyno- didn't really find what I'm looking for- so bare with me. Say if you got some chest fat- enough that you can get a good pinch- if you were to get this fat lipo'd out would the skin shrink back up around the muscle or would it be loose and saggy. I want to get this done since I have had this shit since puberty and can't get rid of it no matter what. But I feel it might look worse if the skin sags like grandma boobs. I don't think I have gyno since there is not really rock hard tissue- just feel's like fat. Anyone have this same problem and have taken care of it? Sucks!

Whats your B/F %. IF you drop that down low, you may burn that fat up. I would try that first. then while on a low b/f I would use yohimburn, and or pgf2a, which will kill that fat cells, so It shouldnt come back

game- right now probably 11%, but have been down to 8% being pretty shredded everywhere else but still had that chest fat shit couldn't git rid of it. When I gain weight that's the first place I notice it too. After my first cycle it seems to have added more fat there as well. I'm am currently dieting and doing cardio with nice results everywhere but there. I have puffy nips and my fucking nipple's are only hard or erect when cold or when I fuck with them- I'm guessing it's estrogen related. I want to suck this shit out with lipo but am scared the skin wont shrink due from being stretched. I want to hear some success stories so I don't hang myself
