Thats what i thought at first, but I got it off another post about bloated pros in there offseason. Ive seen pics of lee priest, and bertil fox this bloated.

It was posted on muscle mayhem and everyone there pretty much said it was a photo shoppe. I think they posted up the original pic next to it as proof. Its ridiculous how many fake pics get posted.
