90 Day Rule: What's the truth?

What's the truth on this supposed legal to purchase a 90 day supply thing? I'm about to go to Mexico and might try to pick something up while I'm there.

By the way, I've been on the boards for about 6 months, but had to change my name. Was RoofusX...
Thanks for the info guys.

by the way, you think it will have the same name down there? wanted to pick up some Dbol. I should probably find out the name of the manufacturer. Whose the one out of Australia?

From my understanding, you can have a 3 month supply of prescribed medication or drugs that are not severely restricted by the government for FEMA.

Thats why all the anabolic get seized and stuff like nolva, clomid and others are let through.

check out www.fema.gov or search on FEMA or Federal Emergency Management Agency.

All the info you need is right here:

I used to have a direct link to the border crossing laws but they must have changed their server. Anyway, the "90 day" laws DO NOT apply to mailorder, only land border crossings.

Although I do believe there is some legislation pending on the subject as we speak. But do not expect it to include any Scheduled drugs. I believe it's intent is to allow foreign made copies of US approved drugs to be sold in the US. I would think the forces that would suffer in the pocket from this will get it killed.

The fact is, without prescription they are illegal in the US.......so claiming it at the border will not get you anywhere.

There's a lot of misinformation on this thread.

Do a search on the forum; this has been discussed recently. Rick Collins covers it well in his book and has contributed excerpts from the book on the forum. Search for Dianne Wright, her case should answer your questions.

I went to TJ with my friends and brought back meds, and I CLAIMED them. When I walked into the customs check building, they asked "Do you have anything to claim," or something to that effect. I said yes, of course and put all of my meds on the couter.
I told them what each one was for and then they had me go over to another table with a customs person who then checked a large binder of medications (verifying what my meds were). I honestly dont think she cared much for looking them up since she flipped through them pretty quick.
Here is what I brought back. My friends also had just about the same meds since I knew what to pick out.
Here is what I brought back: (of course i couldnt bring any more than a 90 day supply of each)

-Cytomel (Mexican name was Cynomel)
-Furosemide (diuretic)
-Dalacin-T (anti-acne) topical
-Tetracycline
-Penacillin
-Erythromycin topical

RW is right. This thread mixed the 3 month (90 day) supply FDA guidance with the land border personal use controlled substance exemption. Past threads have covered both more clearly (and LEGAL MUSCLE spells it all out, hello, HELLO!).
