I'm 20 years old and finally making the commitment to getting in great shape. I'll try to post progress pics weekly and use this thread as my daily blog as to what I ate and how I worked out along with supplements. Hope to get some good advice as to diet and exercise as well. I do Brazilian jiu jitsu x3 a week rotating with x3 lifting days per week.
Been training for maybe a month now and starting my weight loss program tomorrow

It's good to not lose weight too fast. I pretty much went from 250 to170 in about 5 months with the help if ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin. I'm 6'2 and looked like a chubby toothpick due to excess skin from the dramatic weight loss.

I just finished 30 days of 5x5s so I gotta decent foundation of muscle and now I'm still liftin just high reps and circuits plus jiu jitsu and plenty of aerobics, I'm still eating a lot cause I'm not tryin to cut to fast anyway.. Still like building muscle more than losing fat ahaha
