I'm 20 years old and finally making the commitment to getting in great shape. I'll try to post progress pics weekly and use this thread as my daily blog as to what I ate and how I worked out along with supplements. Hope to get some good advice as to diet and exercise as well. I do Brazilian jiu jitsu x3 a week rotating with x3 lifting days per week.
