started my cycle of test(e) e5days @ 250mg 10 days ago... 2 injections thus far...

I want to add Deca... how much and for how many weeks, and at what point in this cycle? Next injection?

cycle is just test(e) for 12 weeks e5days @ 250mg...

Yeah Throw It In The Same Seringe Next Shot. 250 As Well As 250 Test. End Deca 2 Weeks Before You Quit Test. You Will Be Good To Go. If You Have More Test, You May Want To Up It To 400-500 And Run Deca At 250-300. E5d Is Cool To.

Do your shots every 3 days... or do them every Monday and Thursday... more stable blood levels that way. That'll give you 500mg/week... if you have to, shorten the cycle to 10 weeks of test... that will be plenty, regardless if it's your first cycle or not. You can grow nicely with test alone if it's your first cycle... just eat clean and eat ALOT.

If you insist on running deca too, 200-300mg/week is plenty.. split it up with your test.
