8th week update with cutting cycle

Goal by week 14

current cycle
wk 1-4 dbol 35mg ED
wk 1-14 test cyp 500mg
wk 1-14 Eq 600mg
wk 9-14 winni 100mg ED
wk 7-12 T3 25mcg/ED
wk 7-12 Clen ramped up right now 60mcg

One thing i've realized to this whole cutting cycle was diet was 100% the key. I only do cardio 3 days a week. Starting wk 9 will be 6 days a week, 45min-1.5 depending on the type.

Anyone have any suggestions for ridding the little fat on the lower ab and Love handles. Its going away just slow LOL. Prob when i up the cardio it'll go away. But overall extremely pleased.

From 15% to 9% bro..your doing everything just right..keep up the good work..patience my friend..by the end of your cycle you will be very happy

what is your diet like?

Meal 1
50g whey, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1tsp flax oil (all in one shake)
TRAIN (30min cardio after training)
Meal 2
50g whey, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 tsp flax, 1/2tbl peanut butter for flavor, 40g Dextrose, 20g creatine (all in shake) 600 alpha lipic acid
Meal 3
6 oz chicken breast (lemon,pepper) 1/2 can yams
Meal 4
6oz eye of round, 2tbl peanut butter
Meal 5
2-6oz chicken breast broccoli or... 6oz Fish

Snacks
egg whites, cottage cheese, unsalted peanuts

Off days i skip meal 2 and do empty stomach cardio first thing

Once you have found out diet is the KEY, the rest will fall into place.

Exactly but......... with one exception

This diet WILL NOT work for everyone, its a good guidline but not you, you have to find out what works best with your body/weight, activities. Once you find that you can achieve anything u want

thanks for posting your diet bro. Trying to find the correct diet is the hard part
 
i like this post it will show all the idiots out there who think certain steroid will bulk u up will not!!! its all about ur diet.. pple think d bol and test cyp are just goin to make u gain weight and yes they will put some heavy mass on but only if ur diet is set for bulking.. you can cut or bulk on almost any AAS
