8lbs?

hey brosi wanna drop 8lbs of bf in 7 weeks with sust at 500mgs, ive been on for something like 30 days so far with a 1250mg frontload

today i ate

3 banana
2 bowls of grapes
2 protien shakes(20 grms a piece)
6"subway sub(chicken)
2 can of tuna
2 burgers, no bread, and no fruit/carbs after5pm....

that makes 180grms of protien, 2000 cals, i also ran at 6Am for 30 mins with eca on empty stomach, did i eat enough or am i going to burn to much muscle? BTW im currently 6ft, 195lbs 135BF

You shouldn't lose much muscle while "on." You will definitely drop some fat with 2000 cals. Watch your lifts, if they get more difficult you might want to increase the cals... i think you'll be able to do it, personally. Some suggestions: 1. Take a third protein shake right before bed (to keep you from going catabolic while you sleep) 2. eliminate nearly all Saturated Fat (burgers are bad, unless they are soy based! eat chicken, fish, or lean red meat), and 3. add a tablespoon of flaxseed oil to your day time protein shake (this could mean the difference of 2 or 3 Lbs of BF reduction, IMO). Oh, don't eliminate the Bananas, just eat them at least 6 hours before bed- you'll need the carbs to fuel your workouts. Good luck.
