8 weeks in/cycle update.

I'm 8 weeks into my cycle. so far, so good. i have 6 weeks until pct.
starting weight-218
weight now-225
starting bf-~15%
bf now-not sure~11% i think. u tell me

i tried posting a pic but it wont work. says file is too big but its under 100. i dont get it.

thanks mark. i cant wait till the end and see how i look. goin for under 10%bf. does anyone know how to post a pic. like i said, my file was smaller than the maximum.

How is the Tbol compared to the dbol?
 
ive never tried dbol so i can't comment on it. i liked tbol a lot except that i stopped making gains after only 17 days. im thinkin about droppin the winny right now bc of joint pain and adding tbol the last 4 weeks. my shoulder feels like its throbbing

just trying to get rid of that pudge on my stomach and ill be good to go. starting to really kick up the cardio which should do it.

Congrats bro! Looking good! These last couple of weeks really tighten up on your diet. Might help you shed what little fat is left! ;)

No need for cardio to lose fat if you don't like it. Research putting together a good bodybuilding diet like you researched your cycle. You will get even better results.

my diet is on point. my bmr, depending on how much exercise i do, is 3100-3500. i am eating an ave of 2200 cals per day and refeeding every 10 days at 3000-3500. my breakdown is 50prot/25carb/25fat. mr x helped me with my diet so i know its on. just steppin up the cardio to speed up the process. and since clen is anticatabolic, i won't lose any muscle.
