Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I am starting to cut next week, im not sure what my bodyfat is at this point, but i am bulked up and full of water around 245lbs at 5'11". Im cutting a full 8 weeks with some Clen and Winny to throw in. IF anyone who could help me out with a good diet to shred up and how to use this gear with it, it would be very much apreciated.

bump for ckd/ go to the diet disc. and take a look at Mr.X's post on ckd diet, its a fairly simple plan to follow and in 8 weeks you can change you body composition drastically. I just started my ckd to get ready for spring, pm me if you want any help or food ideas.
