8-week Bulk & Cut. Any suggestions?

I did a Sustanon cycle last year with great success. I want to try something a little different this time around. My idea was a quick 8-week Bulk & Cut before spring break. Basically, a 4-week cycle of D-bol and Deca, then continue 4 more weeks with the Deca but also take Cytomel. Any ideas or suggestions?

I'm 24, 5' 11", 220 lbs, lifting off and on for about 3 years, probably about 19% bf

Your at 19% bf and you wanna Bulk/Cut? Lower your bodyfat to around 10 - 12% atleast before you bulk. Do a cutting cycle Clen/Ephedrine/Cytomel. Throw some Tren and Prop in there and you should be set. You would look 15 times better.

at least 15%.
 
Since you're a "spring breaker", I would advise you to just cut as much as possible between now and march-april. Forget bulking until you can stay dedicated year round.

Yeah, I'll probably just cut down and then wait until later this year to start bulking. My workouts slowed down maybe 4 months after my first cycle. I just started lifting regularly the last 2 or 3 months so I thought it might be good timing since spring break is right around the corner.
