8 hours apart........?????

sup bros...I have a quick dnp question for you guys. In the past i have done 3 dnp cycles of the POWDERED form at 600 mgs a day for 8 days. Well i recently picked up some of the Crystal dnp form and i was wondering this: Can i take 600 mgs of the Crystal dnp form a day as long as i space the dosages out 8 hours apart for each pill. I say this because i read (in one of Fonz's earlier posts) that the only difference between the powdered and the crystal form is the spike you get from the crystal kind and that its ok to take the same dosages as long as you space the out 8 hours apart from each other) what do u guys think???Can i take the same amount of dnp as long as i space them out 8 hours apart

i wouldnt do more than 600, it gets stored in ur lipids from what i heard and doing 800 crystal at 190 seems a bit much.
