Low back was definitely sore from screwing with the atlas stone yesterday, but went heavy and hard anyway...

Decided to try out the hook grip today, see how I liked it... and I like it A LOT!
Hang Power Snatch (hook grip)

My hips felt like a friggin slingshot on these power snatches.... makes a big difference when you dont lose power through the hands...

Hadn't performed these in 8 months.. technique felt a little awkward, but hit a 20lb PR nonetheless... very encouraging.
