In oral ingestion to rat, myotropic activity, androgenic activity; 1, 1 in 17-methyltestosterone; 13.4, 3.0 in bolasterone (because of 7a -methyl-group). Anabolic assay in monkey, higher activity than halotestin. Accordingly, since a smaller dose of bolasterone will be enough, in clinical application, toxicity to liver shall be relatively lowered.

7a -Methyltestosterones(and nortestosterones, yes i do love estranes), a new class of potent anabolic (a re-look at 7 alpha methyl), is it the good kinetics with plasma binding, or is it the dynamics at the cellular level with the 7alpha methyl)..........to be continued ......

4 years later. I'm suprised more people, esp the designer industry havn't jumped on 7,17 dimethylated compounds yet. too bad there is no legit bolasterone on the market.

legit bolasterone will only need around 3-6mg per day to see dramatic results.
