75mg of Prop 3 times a week suffient?

M,W,F shots at 75mg of test prop for 6 weeks. first time not looking to gain much as far as weight just good strength increase the gym liek 50 pounds in bench ;) lean a little on my gut as well
 
For a first timer, 100mg 3 times a week would be good. Don't know if you'll get 50 lbs on your bench though.
 
damn man thansk also i was lookign forward to 50 lbs increase bench. what if i added winny at 25mg ed
 
take it at 100mg eod would be ok, use arimidex at .25mg/ed or u could use a long ester test at 400-500mg/wk
 
you guys are always jumping for newbies to take over 400mg a week of test while there's vet makign good progress with low dose from 250-400 mg a week why you other people expect for others to take more than vets but then again were all different so i'll try low dose see how it works for me at 250-300 mg a week for 6 weeks

That would probaly get your 50 lb increase if that's what your after, but don't expect to keep it all after your cycle. That is a good beginners cycle though.
 
why wouldn't i be able to keep it? I haven't reach my max potential yet will take a long time i'm sure i'll keep most if not all on what i gain as long as i have a good amount of protien and clomid after cycle i will be using .25 Eod of armin.

WHAT? I don't know of any verts making good progress with 250-400 per week bro. If you are AT your natural limit even 500 per week isn't all that great. If you are above your natural limit then how about a gram. Top level compeitors that are well above their natural limit often take 2 grams per week and pro's often take 4 grams per week.

NEWBIES can do well on small doses IF they are far from their natural limit AND have never really trained seriously BUT this is what often happens bro....some guy will come along and say "I gained 20 pounds off of 250 of test per week". Well ,I bet my bottom dollar that that fella had never really trained and ate hard and consistantly prior to the juice...........so if you gave him placebobolin he would have gained 15 simply by training harder and eating better.

If a person has been training hard as a natural for years and is close to or at his natural limit then 500mg per week is a minimum.
It all depends on how developed the guy is before he starts to juice.
 
You will keep a lot of it, but you never keep it all....well it's verry rare that someone does. The arimidex may not be needed as prop causes the least bloat, especially at that dose.
 
well true realgains bu tot ell you the truth i will pretty much keep the same training routine and eating the same except i will add more protien b/c i only take enough for i gram per lb. I figure using gear will help me get way above where i'm at right now as far as lifting. idon;tcare for weigh gain i'm good enough with my hieght at the moment just need a big ass boost in strenght kind oif really weak in some parts will take foever to reach where i want to get naturally
 
just curious, how do you get 75mgs instead of 100. btw 100 eod is very good and you won't even need the winny

I bet that he has Mexi vet prop which is 75mg per cc. I'm using some now (have been for awhile) its very good prop, currently I'm using 150mg every three to four days with great results, I'm also using .5mg arimidex daily and 400mg of QV deca a week.
 
actually i was just going to load 3/4 of prop on the syringe to make 75mg. i have 100mh vial of viro prop
