100 years in jail for a 75 year old man. Why the fuck can't people see that the death penalty makes more sense. Well he will more than likely be killed in prison anyhow.

Oh yeah, it's sooo funny when a child is molested....that poor girl is going to look at that child and constantly be reminded of what that sick man did to her...I hope he is raped by the biggest black man in jail...
 
Totally bizarre case. And I'm from Connecticut so it hits home just a little more. At 75 years old who would want to rape him in prison? Even if he was sentenced to death he'd die before the sentence was to be carried out. And one last thing, what happened to being innocent until proven guilty? He hasn't been convicted yet.

I know that concept has become almost a joke in this country.

Nasty as hell. I think that there should be a way so that people can still go to prison, but be able to leave to go to work, and then have their paycheck turned right over to the victim of their crime. Of course it wouldn't work with everyone, you would have to make shure that they wouldn't try running or somthing.

Your calling me a fucking nut because Im blamming the 10yr old too. I didnt say the guy was innocent and that he did nothing wrong. He's at fault as well. The girl wasnt forced to go over there all the time and hang out with a guy that had no direct relation to him. WHy did she keep going?

You guys are reading me wrong. I didnt say that the old man is innocent and the girl should go to jail. He's 99% guilty. But why did she keep going over there?
 
How about because she is an impressionable young child? At that age you may know basic right from wrong but there many things you don't know about life, society and what's taboo. That's the reason we don't hold children to the same level of responsibility as adults. She probably didn't even know what sex was before she met that old pervert. A 10 year old little girl deserves no blame here. If you can't see that then I must shake my head.

There is no punishment that will do justice for what he has done to this child, and taken from her. I can forgive a lot of things, but never someone taking advantage of a child.:mad: :mad:
 
I doubt anyone will rape him in jail, he is 75. They should do that chinese torture where they stick the rod in his dick.

That is amazing that the dude can get anyone pregnant at that age. I wonder if a 75 year old lady can get pregnant.

A normal man has active sperm capable of impregnation until he dies. Women have a limit amout of eggs. After menopause (sp?) near the age of 50 or so, they are out of eggs and can no longer get pregnant.

No I can see that totally. I have a 9 year old brother and the kid has more street smarts than most people I know. Maybe my opinion is biased because of that and knowing that him and his friends know about alot of that stuff. He knows what gays,lesbians, transvestites, sex, rape,condoms are etc..its all from what they hear at school. I think kids today know alot more about whats going on than what we did when we were growing up. I guess it depends on the individual maturity level of the kid. I was speaking on the basis of knowing the maturity level of my brother, not on the girl.
I think there's a lot of fucked up shit going on with this though. The girls is more than 3/4 through with her pregnancy and this is all comming out now? After a bucnh of people knew this already? if I had a kid I wouldnt go let her visit some dorty old guy to begin with....

I am AGHAST, but I don't know what offends me more: the circumstances themselves (which believe me, sick shit like that has been happening since the beginning of time and tragically will continue) or that ANY OF YOU would suggest for A SECOND that A CHILD would have ANY part of blame. Regardless of whether or not A CHILD has knowledge of how a baby is made UNLESS SOMEONE TELLS THEM THAT IT IS A CRIME FOR ANYONE, CHILD OR ADULT TO TOUCH THEM ON THIER GENITALS HOW WOULD THEY "KNOW".

Why would a child who is sexually abused and/or molested continually go back? Do ANY of you (who would ask this) understand that this child WAS OBVIOUSLY neglected AT HOME and they were targeted BECAUSE OF THIS? Children like this are seeking love and attention as they are not getting it AT HOME. They do not fully understand that what is being done to them IS ABUSE. Get it?

A ten year old little girl about to give birth to a child.... My nearly ten year old still gladly plays with Barbie. Do any of you have ANY IDEA what kind of physical burden this child is bearing with A PREGNANCY? Not to mention how she will undoubtedly be emotionally damaged FOR LIFE - and the child that will be born.... Sweet Jesus. I can not comprehend the pain.

My oldest is nearly ten. There are no words to adequately express my feelings and that is all that I can say.
