I have about 700 tabs (1000mg/each) of pyruvate. I got them for a total of...about $5. The products were reduced to $1 because they are going to expire within 3 months. Ive seen recommended dosages from 6-30 grams of the stuff daily.
Anyone have any recommendations on how much to take?
