7 weeks on primo... progress

Okay so I am just finishing my seventh week of primo... I got a little
sick
last weekend but pushed through it... I will be doing a bikini
photoshoot
on wednesday this coming week.. A little nervous because I would like
to
have my legs a little leaner... what do you guys think my bf is? I am
getting it checked on monday but hoping its under 17%. I am down 10
pounds
already since the start... as suggestions or comments are greatly
appreciated!!!

the goal is 12% or 125 by june 20... I have a bet with someone but I think they are to scared to follow it through... so its just for myself
 
well first of all, you look terrific, and second of all, I would estimte the bf% to be at 17 right now. you certainly are progressing and have no doubts that your photoshoot will go well.
 
thank you.... keeping my fingers crossed... I more than doubled my cardio this week.. so I think that helped... weight in at 136 this week... still a long way to but at least I am progressing!!!

You look great! You are definitely getting pretty tight. I see you are going for the fitness look. That makes me happy. I think your bodyfat is probably around 13-15%. You have some ab definition and your back is pretty muscular. Stay after it!

i'm very impresses cb, wish i had your devotion but time is hard on me and i only get 3-4 workouts a week. glad to see you pushed thru the sickness and didnt get scared off of the primo. keep it up thanks for keeping us posted.

I thought you looked awesome in the first pic and now you just 1 up'd perfection! :D My only question would be what types of cardio are you doing? I have been told if you mix up the cardio it really helps shock your body much like mixing up a lifting plan would. Thats just what I heard, I do not know if it will work, but maybe silverback will know, that guy is frigin smart. Anyways, keep up the good work, you are looking great and your hard work is paying off bigtime!!! Keep us posted on the playboy thing. If you are in it, I want to say I knew you when you were just a small little post on a board...and now you are all grown up......*tear*...I'm so proud! :P

you guys are great....

kay so a few people have pm'ed asking about my routine... I have a log with my diet and everything in it link is on the bottom of my sig..

I just changed up my cardio.. I doubled it... I use the step mill, stepper, elliptical, and I run too...

the cycle has been..

week 1
10 mg winny per day
5 mg var per day
started breaking out so dropped the winny

week 2-3
10 mg var per day

4-6
10 mg var per day
100 mg primo per week

7
100 mg primo

I have been cycling clen in and out during... right now I am off and REALLY WANT SOME.... HINT HINT!!

also been using hydroxycut and tight for the morning cardio...

silver?
right now my ratios are around 60/25/15
and I have a carb up day when I feel I need it...

I defiantly think my muscles pop more after a good carb up day...

so what do you suggest?
 
wow do u look good. your back side is immaculate to say the least. front lookin great too but i am a sucker for a sexy lower back. call me crazy. keep it up and teach some other women please. lol
 
I pm'd you some stuff a few minutes ago. I would start running some sprint intervals. I think it helps to lean the legs out nicely. Not as in spot reduction, but as in putting an entirely different stress on your wheels. Not only that sprinting makes you metabolism go nuts, it increases your EPOC. I won't explain it bc everyone will fall asleep. Basically, your body has to work very hard for an extended period of time to get it respiration back to normal, this burns mad cals.

Looking great Courtney. My honest opinion would be to do the sprints like silver said. Lean your legs out a bit and you'll be doing good for the photoshoot. Look great anyway.

also okay on your suggestion this is what I am thinking of doing...

today and tomorrow close to 0 carbs and some good fat but mostly protein..
drink 3 gallons of water today and 1.5 tomorrow and about 3/4 of gallon on tuesday then just sip on wednesday..

only thing different is I thought I should eat some carbs on tuesday to fill out my muscles for wednesday... what do you think of that?

haha what do you think.... any girl that works out like I do looses there boobs RIGHT AWAY... when I started training I went from a C to an A... FREAKED out and bought me some boobs... I am VERY happy with my purchase heehee.... Right now all my natural breast tissue is about gone... and at my goal of 12 it will ALL BE gone... SO THANK YOU DR... heehee
 
hmm as i look down at my own boobs.. YA.. my once fullC's are now well.. not quite A, but barely B's.. my motto though.. if u don't like them.. U don't have to touch them :)

Exactly how can a woman lose their Boobs just by training? I mean, that makes no sence

I am bumping this so people take a look at what I am thinking about with my diet..

the breast tissue is purely fat... so as your bf goes down bye bye goes the boobs..

Works the same the fatter you are the bigger your boobs grow , The Skinner you get the smaller your boobs go :)

Well i would have said to not use the clenbuterol until you got down to 15% but u already blew that. Anyway, have you researched using tamoxifen to harden up those trouble woman spot that thank god i dont have to deal with?lol Personally I would think doing the treadmill at a slight incline would be more beneficial. Anyway, u look good.
 
Hey I think you look great, very nice progress. But you do not see alot of girls with your physique in playboy. Is it a special issue or are they looking for a more muscular girl such as yourself? You definitly have great looks and definition. Just curious.

thank you EVERYONE.... got my bf checked last night 16%..... so EXCITED!!! that means I only have 4%to go and my goal date is still over a month away... HEEHEEHEEE I am totally exhausted because I took silver's advice and have had NO carbs for the last few days... and all I can really do is sleep but I think I am going to look pretty good for my photoshoot tomorrow .... thank you again everyone!!!

oh and that tamoxifen.. I am defiantly going to look into that thanks again

Not fully true though. The breasts are breast tissue as well as fat tissue. The breast tissue, or glandular tissues you have will remain.

silver THANKS so much for the diet advice.. I went almost zero carbs for 3 days then this morning I ate some oatmeal.. had coffee etc... and by the time we were ready to shoot my body LOOKED GOOD!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
