And the Deca/Test hasn't even kicked in yet.

25mg of dbol a day, I took 2mg a day for a week before my cycle to get it into my system.

Started on the 14th and I am up 10 pounds.

Even if it is all water I am getting insane pumps at the gym and I look ripped.

Just keep to your orginal goal if you can. If not, it's understandable.
 
congrats lincoln. Don't forget to adjust your caloric intake for your weight gain. Too many people forget that

My diet is clean:

4000+ Calories

350+ Protein

I focused heavily on the diet plan pre cycle. I had more time to plan then most, I bought the gear for a spring cycle but couldn't get Clomid.

I haven't used AS for 4 years so my receptors are soaking up every once of the DBOL.

I can't stay out of the mirror. I have a strong feeling I will be single again around week 8. The GirlFriend is already getting jealous and over protective.

i like that idea of using 2 mg a day of dbol before cycle

i'm doing a sust 500mg and 50mg winy ed for 7 weeks

do u think i shud breka one pill of winny up (its 50 each) and take a lil peice every day for about a week before i start my cycle?
wat do u guys think? will it help?

All I can say about that is that I started the proper diet two weeks in advance and gained no weight while using 2mg.

When I cranked it up to 25mg I gained two pounds the next day. I tried this to avoid the 4-6 day waiting period.

It worked great for me!

Lincoln, d-bol make your weight jump at first.... but it will soon level itself out the further into the cycle you get.....

Then if your eating and training stays on track... you'll see a slow increase... but steady!

Don't get depressed when you hit that area of your cycle....
You can get to the point of second guessing yourself... "why am I not seeing as much gains as I did when I first started?".


I love d-bol, but have never tried deca... but I will!
