6'5 278lb 16% need to start cycle

I just wanted to get some input on what you guys think about this cycle. Should I keep it or cut the time in half and double the doses. I've done three cycles so far and highest doses were at 600 per week, but only for a couple weeks per cycle. I would like to throw in some var at the end and some hcg in the middle but this is all I could find.

1-6 300mg test enth/wk
1-7 50mg tren/day
6-12 25mg reforvit/day
7-12 300mg Deca/wk
7-16 250mg test enth/wk
 
Weeks
1-12 400mg test enth/wk
1-12 300mg Deca/wk
1-6 25mg reforvit/day
7-12 Var 20-40mg/d (If you want to add)
10-16 50mg tren/day

I cleaned it up alittle for you keep the test and deca simple and use the dbol for the beginning for the jump start and then ending the cycle with fina past the long acting gear to better time the clomid

A MUST:::::::Use anti-e's ex.arimidex .25 or.5 ed

Here is how I would run it:

Week 1-5 dbol 35mg ed
Week 1-9 500mg test enth/week
Week 1-9 300mg deca/week
Week 10-12 100mg test prop per week
(if you can find it, if not run test enth and deca until week 12)
Week 6-12 50mg tren ed


You really don't need the var for this cycle.
 
you're one large mofo...are you cutting? 17%BF is getting up there...its summer dude.

I like Jubei's cycle...I am becoming a big fan of swapping out tests at the end of the cycle from a long ester to a short ester. This allows you to start recovery sooner. However, I would swap out the dbol for some winny tabs @ 40mg/day for the first 5 weeks. And the only reason I would do this is because if I were your size, I would be trimming off that 17% bf ASAP (for summer).
 
Thanks bros. I had the tren at the begining and the end because I make it myself, ya know, endless supply. Everything else I got just by happenstance. I am cutting with this cycle too though. Thinking about going with DNP with the tren in the end, thats why I had the tren there.
I want to do a contest in august or sept at about 255 or 260 so the var at the end could be to harden me up.
Would you guys use methoxy or syngex or even some 1-ad with all this? I work at a supplement store and get everything 30% below wholesale:) Or just any other supplement that would help a cycle?
 
good luck with the cycle and pre-contest diet. Just a heads-up -- You may find that you need to re-adjust your expectations regarding your competition bodyweight. Although you may be one of the few that can gain significant muscle on a cutting cycle, you will need to drop at least 30lbs of fat alone in order to get into competition shape. This would bring you under 250, before factoring in water and muscle loss during the diet. Dropping from 16% to 5% or less for a show is a pretty intense diet, so you shouldn't get discouraged even if you end up more in the 235-240 range for the show. Just my advice from previous experience, as it is easier to prepare mentally for these types of things ahead of time, rather than being surprised by them when you are already feeling somewhat "fragile" from the dieting itself.
 
your cycle is a little off bro..............do what jubei said but u could run the deca and test enanthate for 12 weeks and not include prop. either way is fine
 
Fuck your a big kid!! How old are you??? My roommate is around your size, he's 6'5" and weighs around 325 and at around 15% body fat!! This is his next cycle:

Week 1-4 Dbols @ 35mg/day
Week 1-8 Test Enan @ 1000mg/week
Week 1-8 EQ @ 600mg/week
Week 1-10 Fina @ 75mg EOD
Week 9-11 Test Prop @ 500mg/week
Then hit up some Clomid and Clen!

I don't suggest doing what he is running, i would go with the cycle that Jubei laid out for you!!! Good luck with the cycle bro!!!
 
I just turned 22 in april. I have always played football and been good cause I was big, strong, and fast. But I only play football to have a reason to bodybuild. I don't know how accurate the 16% BF is though. I started dieting at around 320 in february, but was never fat, maybe just off season.

I am going to increase my cal intake just above maintinence (4000) but keep it strict 40% pro 35% carb 25% fat. I figure I might gain about 10 pounds in the 12 weeks and be about 290. ( I ate half a pizza and a dozen wings so i gained 4 pound last night) That way if I lose 30 pounds more of fat I will be around 260 and close to 5%, right?
