I just completed my 2nd week of sust and gained 9 lbs already. Shooting up 250 mg every 5 days. Guess most of it is water weight?, but don't look bloated at all.

consuming about 4000-4500 calories a day/ 350 g of protein,(steak, chicken, tuna, protein shakes) and carbs from rice, bread, nutrigrain bars, fruit. No fat intake if possible such as pizza, chips, junk food, fried food. kind of rough eating all the food and drinking the protein shakes.
