Hey guys. I was thinking about alternating bulking and cutting diets in 6 week blocks. Do you think 6 weeks is enough time to make decent muscle gains naturally while bulking? I know I can drop whatever fat I put on in 6 weeks however. Opinions would be cool.
In only 4 or 5 weeks I put on 17 pounds and my bench went up 30 lbs, squat(it might have been the technique) 150 lbs and deads went up 30 lbs. Stuff your face and train you ass off and you will get some great results in only six weeks or less too.
