6 week anavar only... helphelp

Heres the deal...

I'm 23. 145lbs 5'7" around 11%bf...This is my 3rd cycle but it has been almost 3 yrs since my last one...

I'm a martial artist and an amateur kickboxer. My weight class is 145 so I don't want to gain any weight I only want to lose a little fat and get more lean... I just wanted to take something to speed up recovery and give me a little more intensity when I train while getting a little stronger...

I have 15mg/60ml of anavar

wk 1 and 2 - 15 mg daily
wk 3 and 4 - 30 mg daily
wk 5 and 6 - 15 mg daily

I know everyone is going to tell me I'm wasting time and money but understand my goal is not to get any bigger only to get more lean and have an intensity boost... Will this cycle as I have it help me achieve my goals?
 
Your doses are way to small to even have an effect at all. You shuld just do 40-60mg ED for the 6weeks. I know u don't wanna gain but trust you won't, it all really depends how you work out actually. If u want strenghth gains with minimal mass gains because of your weight class, just do light work outs with many reps and much cardio. That's just my opinion. Especially with liquid I'd opt for the higher dose, just be sure to shake the hell out of it b4 u consume!

20mg would be the minimum dosage for your size. add some OTC creatine for addtitional strength gains.
 
low dose like that = minimal damage to the testicles, and some damage to the kidney..

but as for strength gains ??/ not sure you'll get any, i've never used it that low of a dose before..
