6 start whey protein....

I bought some of this stuff and thought what you all think about it? Ive never heard it, the reason I even bought it cuz my buddy who I lift with every now and then said to get some.....it was cheap...20g of protien in every scoop...not too bad.

I have used it. How is it you tell if a protein is good or bad anyway? If it does not give you gas, bloat or upset stomach, it is probably fine. And to boot, the price is right.

I have experienced none of these. It is actually good tasting(the chocolate).

It is a blend of concentrate and isolate, even with some hydrolosate, though it is far down the list. Mostly concentrate though. I have a jug in front of me if you are wondering about how I know about the ingredients.

It is if you figure it out 74% protein per serving. Not bad really for 15 bucks.
