Yeah, my little PR. I haven't been running that long though, so there is still a lot of easily achievable PRs in the future.
The thing is: after 50 minutes my knees start to hurt and give up. What do you think I should do to avoid that problem?
My idea is to run the same mileage, but try to do it in much less time. will that help?
I don't run every day, but more like EOD. What are your thoughts? I only weigh 175 lbs at 6'.
