6 meals a day - suggestions?

This would be my first time at trying to eat this many meals a day.
I am trying to cut. I would like to have my calories at roughly 2000 per day.
Can you guys/gals suggest a convenient 6 meal a day plan??
And would it hurt to try to make 3 of those a MetRx or Myoplex shake (or similar) just to make it easier?

Obviously your meals are not going to be large if you are tryin to cut up. Keep good carbs like oatmeal and sweet potatoes. Don't eat sugar, eat little to no fruit. Keep protein intake high so you keep your gains.
 
Here is a 2100 cal plan with zig-zag built into it. for me, works like a charm
