6 Executions in the Next 9 Days..

Georgia executed that woman Tuesday.She didn't commit it, but conspired in it, which I have no problem with. Many others feel that you shouldn't receive that punishment when not directly committing the act, but I'm like fuck all that. Manipulation is the same thing as pulling the trigger yourself.
Oklahoma was scheduled to execute this Glossip guy last night, but he got a 37 day stay, on the basis of an untested drug cocktail. This dude is also being executed for being a conspirator, but the only evidence is the murderers accusation; so far as I can tell. If some of you know more about these events, please post up. Most states don't give a shit to report on something like this, so all you get is a few second encapsulation. You see plenty of people being freed after new evidence and DNA and shit, I sure as hell would hope people would make goddam certain that you're guilty and deserving of such finality.

I don't know. Honestly, the death penalty should only be used for those that are the actual murderer, and not the co conspirator. There should be enough dna evidence to prove that this person has committed such a crime. As an elective I took "the death penalty" class a few years back. Was one of my favorite classes towards my degree. Really opened my eyes a lot to the whole process. My State doesn't really honor the death penalty so I rarely ever paid attention to it. I think every State should support it, again though there must be enough evidence to prove and not on a hear say or a persons claims.

Someone who manipulates another is just as guilty, more, because they lack the balls to do it themselves. Some guy just did that over by me, threatened his retard do- boy to strangle his wife....
