okay, i've decided to stop trying to cram every exercise i can into my workout, and just stick with the 5x5 and see what kind of gains i get there. this is a really stupid question, but on the off days, i'm still taking my whey protein shakes those days correct? i know it's a stupid question, but i just want to make sure i do everything i can to optimize what sounds to me like a really great program.
