If you go to the Geocities links above there are excel spreadsheets that can help you setup a program. That said what is reasonable for one person might be rediculous for the next. And this is the major problem with a few of the "5x5" calculators I've seen on the internet. I think one has a lifter doing a set of 5 with his previous 1RM after 10 weeks or something even more aggressive. For a less experienced lifter he might pull that off and more, for someone with a bit more training that would be rediculous. Common sense is always your best friend.
