How crucial is it to do the 5x5 assistance sets in the order prescribed? They suggest the following:
MON - hypers and sit-ups
WED - sit-ups
FRI - barbell curls, tricep extensions, and dips
Would it matter if I moved the barbell curls to Wednesdays or is there some sort of crucial reason that the assistance sets are ordered the way that they are? I'd also like to throw some heavy calf raises in there on Wednesday.
