5x5 Assistance Sets

How crucial is it to do the 5x5 assistance sets in the order prescribed? They suggest the following:

MON - hypers and sit-ups
WED - sit-ups
FRI - barbell curls, tricep extensions, and dips

Would it matter if I moved the barbell curls to Wednesdays or is there some sort of crucial reason that the assistance sets are ordered the way that they are? I'd also like to throw some heavy calf raises in there on Wednesday.
 
I think serious (read heavy weights) hamstring and ab work would benefit everyone. Hypers and situps are not going to do much on their own.

For Hams: Heavy explosive good mornings, true straight leg deads (lower and raise the weight by moving the hips forward and back while keeping the bar close to or touching the body), and reverse hypers.

For abs: heavy weighted situps, knee and leg raises with iron boots, dragon flags with iron boots, and ab wheel.
