I just wanted to post this for anyone thinking about starting madcows 5x5. In a month my bench went from having trouble with 240 to being able to do 260 for 5 without that much of a problem. And my squat went from about 185 to 245 for 5. I'll post more in detail results after a few weeks, but if you've been thinking about trying it definately give it a couple months of your life....you wont regret it.
