5th time Injected EQ and Sus, why did it hurt this time?

I just injected EQ and Sus on my glutes. This was my 5th shot and f*ck it hurt like a bitch when I tried to get the needle in. When I was pushing the needle in, it seemed like there was something in the way. So I took it out and went onto another spot and it felt the same way. I kept switching needles cause people have told me that the tip gets dull if inserted. I switched about 4 needles and finally I got it in but f*ck it hurt. It never hurt before. I felt around to see if I have a ball or something but I didn't feel anything. Do you guys think I am getting a abscess? Or do you think i have an infection already? I've never injected anywhere else but I am gonna try the legs. Oh BTW, is 3ccs too much to inject at one time?

Always use fresh needles. Do you see redness and does the area where you have been injecting feel warm to the touch? If yes, you have an infection. If injecting when the muscle is flexed it is hard to pentrate and it will hurt more than if the muscle is relaxed.

Why don't you try switching sites? Maybe the other glute.

Bro it could be that your not relaxing like you think you are, its best to get your girl to do it for you so you can put all your weight on the oppossite leg and totally relax the side your injecting, it works for me.Btw i'm injecting the same thing Test & Eq and Deca
