54 y/o uncle on HCG...question

He's on 250 units to counteract the testicular atrophy due to his transdermal testosterone cream. He was wondering of any potential serious (cancer, etc) side effets of long term HCG use. His free test levels are find and estrogen is about 25 (normal). Any suggestions/comments/advice??
