50mg Proviron enough on this current cycle?

Hi guys, I am running 500mg/pw Test Prop. Is 50mg Proviron daily enough to keep my estrogen in check? I have Arimidex, I'm not sure if I should throw in .25 every few days? I don't want to crush estrogen though. I feel pretty good but my nips are looking a tiny bit puffy now and then, and slightly sensitive, but nothing too bad. Sex drive is good, but not absolutely through the roof. I'm getting blood done after a trip next week, so in other words my blood results wont be back for a while.

Should be good enough. thats what i usually run it at. i wish i could afford 75 or 100 but its not needed anyway. Id keep the adex on hand and if they get itchy or u get lump id start taking them. also it helps bloat too.

Ok thanks, do you think I'd be OK to do a small amount of A-dex along with Proviron just as a precaution, without sending Estrogen to low? Say .25mg every 3rd/4th day, and keep running the Proviron at 50/75mg?

On my cycle now, running test 500mg tren 75mg eod, i take 50mg proviron and .25 adex every day as a precaution... no problems with water, gyno, nips, or libido
