I've been putting just a tablespoon of dextrose in my postworkout shake. I saw the label says 1.26 teaspoon is 4g, but I didn't know how many teaspoons were in a tablespoon so I didn't give it any thought, I just hoped I was close. Then I see that a tablespoon=3 teaspoons. So 50g by this math would be like 5 frickin tablespoons! I'd go thru a $2.20 bag of dex in a week or less! Is this right? How many g's can I get away with taking to have the desired effect (I'm 6'2" 199lbs)
