500mg Sustanon Question

I was wondering if it is better to take 500mg of sustanon at once or over the week in two shots. Please help bros!!!!!!

I do 500 mg one shot man its not painful just a bit sore the day after.... I'm planning to peak at 750 mg one shot again ... but anyway its up to you bro

I don't know guys the sus that I'm taking makes my ass sore for several days , 3cc at a time I guess that is what it is
