500mg eq/ 200 test?

if i was going to use 500mg eq for 10 weeks to bulk, would it be beytter if i threw 200mg test prop in there a week, would it help with strength and gains? thnx

correct i wanna be 190 in March, i cant blow up, i will be adding fina to eq later, im really looking for strength, do you think it would work well?, BTW : i ahve about 1160lbs over my 3 lifts, im pretty new to this though, i wanna go in the contest wint the ability to move 1300-1350lbs total

Of course a couple hundred mills of test a week would help you add some strength, but could you get it up to 300-400mg? Also, if you're using the EQ for strength, could you run it for a full 12 weeks? Really give it time to 'sink in' as it were.

well imo eq is a real bad idea for a powerlifter that wants to maintain a weight class. the muscle mass gains out weigh the strength gains. i would go for something like test and ananvar or halo.
