Hey wondering if anyone knows any good sites to get a 5000k meal plan from or any easier ways to make up 5000k a day without gaining bad fat

Run it as a light keto and you'll have no prob getting there. Mine sits at 4300 and consist of veggies, chicken, rice, oats, steak, small amounts of cheese an dairy. Just look around a little man.

5000 cal without gaining fat is impossible :)

But what you should do, download my fitness pal and first plan your essential nutrients, protein and fat. protein have 4 cal and you should take max 2g per bodyweight plus 9 cal per fat. The rest you fill up 4 hours around your workout with carbs and off you go.

If you want to program your body for fat burning, don't eat carbs with your first meal, I go for:

wake up and open your eyes, get yourself 30g whey, fresh pressed lemon, 1-2 serving off greens and 1 tablespoon off coconut oil. If you bulk get some HMB (3g leucine).

Breakfast should be high fat and fiber again, I go for meat and nuts breakfast (200g organic grass fed tenderloin, 1 oz Brazilian nuts and 1-2 serving greens)

This programs your body in the morning for fat burning, the rest off the day you split your carbs.

By the way, keto is good for cutting, but not for bulking :)

I hope your bf is around 10%, if not you shouldn't bulk I guess

you are going to gain some fat with that level of calorie intake, unless you have a super metabolism.

Great advice! Carbs should be limited to just around your workouts, unless you are bulking. Most people don't know the secret of a high protein/ fat breakfast. Beats a bowl of oats any day.

I make anabolic oats

1C oats
3 egg whites
1oz sugar free maple syrup
4 tbspn powdered peanut butter.

Thanks for all your help I'm a bit more than 10% ATM as I've been out due to a snapped acl in my knee but back in full force tomorrow. I've still been doing a lot of stuff at home an haven't lost much strength either all my food prep is done for the week besides the shakes it consists of sweet potato or brown rice with 200g steaks, fish, chicken breast, a heap of green veg carrots broccoli plus a hot chicken curry to help boost my metabolism I was thinking of cutting down body fat after I've put on more size

when I was an endurance athlete I would get in a zillion cals and carbs and didn't gain, but imagine how many I was burning running 40+ miles a week.. I would run an hour every evening after work, I take it you aren't doing that. so in your situation such a bump up is counter productive. just be patient and bulk up the right way, hit the weight room hard.. don't forget your legs and back and you will grow.
