5000 cals isn't an easy task for god sake

I have been eating my face off for the last two weeks getting ready for the big eating I am going to have to do on my now current cycle. I have been eating very very clean as if I was cutting; however, just eating a lot more of it. Anyways, I finally counted my cals and figured out that through my 7-8 meals a day, I am only getting like 4200 cals a day. Hopefully once hte EQ kicks in i'll be hungry as fuck all day. I am at 220 now @10% and want to get as big as possible.
 
What else besides EQ? I didn't notice hunger off of Tt EQ 200. And you are right, it is very difficult to eat when you are not hungry or even, still full.
 
I am also running test cyp @ 500 mg. I get hungry frequently naturally and it's still tough to eat that much. I layed it all out once in front of me and that is a fuck load of food throughout the day!
 
You could always get a quality weight gainer and substitute it in for one of your protein shakes. Also try foods like fat free baked beans(most of them are..bush's taste the best IMO), and natural peanut butter. Both of those are high in calories and also have a good ammount of protein. Just dont eat them together because you dont want to mix fat and carbs in the same meal. It can be hard to eat that much sometimes no matter what your eating though, you may want to pick up some ginger root to help with protein digestion/absorption. I know my main thing is that I lose my appetite when I have a lot of shit on my mind, so I try to find ways around that to keep me in the zone. Sometimes you just have to go on here and look for something motivating, or if you have any bodybuilding tapes or anything. Even use whatever is bothering you to fuel you. I believe that the mind plays a huge role in bodybuilding no matter who you are. If you are determined and diciplined you can normally achieve whatever goals you set.
 
The mixing fat and carbs in teh same meal thing has never affected me. I have gotten down to 5% natural before with keeping my carbs @ around 150-200 day and eating around 12g flax with breakfast and 12g flax in my post post workout meal.
 
I solved the problem recently, McDonald's has now Classic trio for only 3$ and they're located right in front of my gym....
 
haha and I hear jack in the box makes a mean ultimate cheesburger, funny that it's right around the corner from my house..
 
That's not so much a joke. If you are BULKING, I wouldn't stay away totally from triple cheeseburgers. But, if you can't get to 5000 calories eating clean, but only get to 4000, and you are still gaining strength every workout, I would only then add high fat foods (like triple cheeseburgers) and only for a while to determine if the strength gains go up faster. If your strength still goes up at the same rate, stay at 4000 calories eating clean. Why become a fat ass? You'll have to lose it anyway.

a product called Russian Bear 5000 its a 5000 calorie weight gainer. supposed to be great stuff. its not too expensive either. vitamin shoppe sells it.

Dont be a wuss, last bulking cycle I hit a steady 7,000 calories 80 percent clean
