500 test e plan

So far my plan is 500mg test/week, using the adex at .25mg EOD until PCT, blasting HCG the two weeks prior to PCT, and then 40/40/20/20 Nolva for PCT. I'm thinking about leaving the clomid out of PCT since I've read Nolva has the same, if not better effect. What do you think? I'll really appreciate your input on this, thanks.
 
Stats please. Age weight height diet lifting experience.
 
28 years old. 200 lbs, 5'10", 8 years of lifting.

Diet- I eat whole foods only, except maybe 1 protein shake a day.
Main sources of protein are beef, chicken, fish, eggs, whey.
Main sources of carbs are brown rice, vegetables, oatmeal.
Main sources of fats are fish oils, olive oil, flax oil.
2 grams of protein per pound of body weight.
About 200 grams of carbs.
Rest is fats.

Early meals before and after training are PROTEIN/CARB. Later into the day it gradually goes into PROTEIN/FATS/FIBROUS CARBS(veggies).
 
Looks good except the pct. I personally don't like nolva.

500mg. a week is very good. For my next "jump back into the pool" it will be 900mg. of SuperTest/Test E every Friday with about 300mg.of orals a week until Jan. 31st. Resting on holidays and Sundays only.
