500 Test E pct

Ok Ive read alot. But still confused a little. For my first cycle Im going to do 500 mg of test E for 10 weeks. I want to use hcg, novl, and arimidex. Can u tell me how to use them for my cycle. And anything else I sould use. What about proviron. thanks.

0.5-1.0 mg Arimidex during the cycle.

1,000 IU's HCG 3x/wk (mon/wed/fri) in combination with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED for a total of 3 weeks. Then, discontinue HCG and continue with 20 mgs Nolavdex ED for an additional 2-3 weeks.

Begin PCT one week after your last injection. Technically, you could use Proviron during the week leading up to PCT to sustain a more favorable androgen:estrogen ration but it's purely preference and not mandatory.

Can this same countermeasure/PCT be applied to a 10 wk sust 250 (250x2/week 10wks) cycle?

Whats the benefit of adding amiridex to the regiment?

Yes, this would be recommended for your proposed cycle.

Arimidex is used as a form of estrogen management. Arimidex blocks the aromatization of testosterone to estrogen which in turn prevents estrogenic side effects such as gynecomastia.
